Importance and distribution
Pseudoophiobolus comprises eight species known on dead stem of Achillea millefolium (Asteraceae), Galium (Rubiaceae), Onobrychis viciifolia (Fabaceae), Rosa canina (Rosaceae), Clematis vitalba (Ranunculaceae) and Urtica dioica (Urticaceae). Pseudoophiobolus is known only from Europe (Italy).
