Importance and distribution
Xenodidymella comprises only nine species known from six host plants in Asphodelaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae, Ranunculaceae and Rosaceae. Xenodidymella has been reported from Europe (Germany, Italy, New Jersey, Netherlands, United Kingdom) and New Zealand.
