Importance and distribution

Chaetosphaerulina comprises six species known on Bambusa sp. (Poaceae), Eucalyptus sp. (Myrtaceae), Eugenia sp. (Myrtaceae), Phoenix sylvestris (Arecaceae) and Phyllostachys bambusoides (Poaceae). Chaetosphaerulina is reported from Asia (India, Japan and Thailand).
