Importance and distribution

Stigmatodiscus comprises six species known on dead twigs of Acer monspessulanum (Sapindaceae), twigs of Quercus (Fagaceae), twigs of Olea europaea (Oleaceae), twigs of Pinus halepensis (Pinaceae) and dead twigs of Tamarix tetrandra (Tamaricaceae). Stigmatodiscus is reported from Europe (Austria and Spain).
