Importance and distribution

Muriphaeosphaeria comprises four species known on four host plants in Adoxaceae, Asteraceae and Lamiaceae. Muriphaeosphaeria has been reported from Asia (Russia (East and South), Uzbekistan) and Europe (Serbia).
