Importance and distribution
Fusiconidium comprises three species. Fusiconidium aquaticum was reported on dead branch of Clematis vitalba (Ranunculaceae) in Europe (Italy). Fusiconidium indicum was found on leaves of Mesua ferrea (Calophyllaceae) in Asia (India (Meghalaya)). F. mackenziei is known on branch of Clematis vitalba (Ranunculaceae) in Europe (Italy). One species F. lycopodiellae has been synonymized and transferred to Camposporium.
