Importance and distribution
Suttonomyces comprises two species. Suttonomyces clematidis has been reported on branches of Clematis vitalba (Ranunculaceae) while S. rosae has been found on dried aerial spines of Rosa canina (Rosaceae) from Europe (Italy).
