Quintaria lignatilis

Importance and distribution

Quintaria comprises three species known on Bruguiera parviflora (Rhizophoraceae), Fraxinus excelsior (Oleaceae), Kandelia candel (Rhizophoraceae), Rhizophora mucronata (Rhizophoraceae) and Sonneratia alba (Lythraceae). Quintaria is distributed in Asia (Hong Kong, India), Central America (Belize) and Europe (France).
