Importance and distribution

Tremateia comprises nine species known on dead branch of Lamiaceae, on dead stems of Chromolaena odorata (Asteraceae) and on senescent culms of Juncus roemerianus (Juncaceae). Tremateia is distributed in Asia (China, Thailand), Europe (United Kingdom) and The United States (North Carolina).
