Curreya conorum

Curreya conorum (Fuckel) Sacc., Syll. fung. (Abellini) 2: 651 (1883).

Role and distribution

Species of Curreya are saprobic and occur on dead branches of Cornus (Cornaceae), Nemopanthes mucronata (Aquifoliaceae), scales of fallen cones of Pinus sylvestris (Pinaceae) and Rhus typhina (Anacardiaceae). Curreya has been reported from Europe (Germany, Luxembourg) and The United States (Kentucky, New York).
