Importance and distribution

Biharia comprises two species known on Cassia fistula (Fabaceae), Cedrela sp. (Meliaceae), Elaeis guineensis (Arecaceae), Eucalyptus torelliana (Myrtaceae), Plumeria acutifolia (Apocynaceae) and Vangueria spinosa (Meliaceae). Biharia has been reported from Africa (Ghana), Asia (India, Malaysia), Papua New Guinea and South America (Venezuela). Molecular data is required for this genus.
