Asci 140−165 × 30−45 µm (x̄ = 152.2 × 38.3 µm, n = 10), eight-spored, clavate, bitunicate, fissitunicate, with thickened apical region, spores variably arranged, with a small distinct ocular chamber. Ascospores 56−62 × 19−22 µm (x̄ = 58.2 × 20.5 µm, n = 10), multi-seriate, one-septate, constricted at the septum, lower cell slightly longer and narrower than upper cell, smooth, pale brown, sometimes guttulate, sheathed.
