Material examined: COSTA RICA, Puntarenas province: Pacific coast, along the trails through the Manule Antonio National, Park, c. 0–50 m, 09° 23′N/ 84°09′ W. Moist lowland forest, on Porina epiphylla (Porinaceae), 29 August 1991, M. Matzer & B. Pelzmann (GZU: 259409, holotype).
