Industrial relevance and applications
The industrial applications of Cyclodothis has not been investigated.
Quarantine significance
The biocontrol properties of Cyclodothis has not been studied.
Biochemical importance of the genus, chemical diversity or applications
The chemical application of Cyclodothis has not been studied. Fresh cultures are needed for further studies.
Diversity of the genus
Cyclodothis comprises two species. The distribution of C. pachysandrae cannot be located. C. pulchella was found on leaf spots of Piper celtidiforme (Piperaceae) in Philippines. Many other regions have never been studied for the genus. Cyclodothis is still only poorly understood.
