Index Fungorum number: IF 807674; Facesoffungi number: FoF 11872, 1 morphological species (Species Fungorum 2022), no molecular data available.
Foliicolous, ectophytic on leaves. Sexual morph: Mycelium ectophytic, brown, septate, branched, appressoriate. Appressoria solitary but mostly in couplets, unicellular, lumen between both the appressoria is continuous or separated by cell wall of the mycelial cells. Thyriothecia oval, ellipsoidal with central vertical suture formed by splitting. Asci globose, 8–spored, bitunicate. Ascospores brown, conglobate, oblong, uniseptate, constricted at the septum.
